Recently, new laptops traveled across Kentucky to K-12 students selected for the Department of Labor-approved Registered Apprenticeship for Information Technology designed and sponsored by Dataseam and participating schools.
Since 2018, Dataseam has provided Registered Apprenticeship opportunity for high school juniors and seniors. Apprentices receive paid employment, on-job training, and practical work experience supporting diverse technology environment
We are thankful to the United States Department of Labor, the Appalachian Regional Commission, Kentucky General Assembly, Kentucky Education and Labor Cabinet for their leadership and support. Most importantly, we appreciate the partnership of Dataseam schools and communities giving students their first jobs!
